Return and Exchange Policy:

We do not accept product returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. You may request a return only if the product is defective due to a manufacturing error, within 10 days of purchase.

• Please notify us and return the product in its original packaging.

• Note: We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product has been used.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

You may exchange the product within 10 days of purchase, provided it is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Note: We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product has been used or does not meet the exchange conditions.

All devices are inspected before shipping to ensure their quality and safety.

In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Elite Detectors will cover the shipping costs from us to the customer. The return shipping costs back to us will be assessed depending on the case.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
We reserve the right to deduct any shipping or administrative fees if the product is found to be free

Delivery and Shipping Policy:

We ship our products to all countries via third-party couriers.

• Delivery within Germany: 2 to 3 business days.

• Delivery to other countries: 3 to 5 business days.
  Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the country and location.
