Buying from Elite Detectors is simple and secure. Customers can place an order using the available electronic payment methods or request a proforma invoice before payment. The invoice includes the product details, price and payment information required to complete the order.
Once payment has been confirmed and the required shipping information has been received, the order is prepared for dispatch.

Orders can be completed using the available online payment methods or by bank transfer. A proforma invoice can also be provided before payment upon request.
Shipping
Elite Detectors ships orders from Germany to customers worldwide using reliable international shipping providers such as DHL. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to follow the shipment until delivery.
Free worldwide shipping is available for eligible orders unless otherwise stated in the product offer or invoice.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes and any other charges or requirements imposed by the destination country.

Manufacturing defects and eligible technical or electronic faults are handled according to the applicable warranty terms. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications or other excluded circumstances is not covered.

International Sales
Elite Detectors serves customers in Germany and internationally. Customers can order remotely or arrange a visit to our location in Germany by appointment.
For international orders, our sales team can provide a proforma invoice containing the buyer's details, product information, quantity, price and payment information. After payment has been confirmed, the order is prepared for shipment to the provided delivery address.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported and used in their destination country and for customs clearance, import duties, taxes and any other applicable local charges.
