Nokta The Legend Metal Detector

The Legend is Nokta’s first Simultaneous Multi-Frequency (SMF) metal detector.

It can operate using multiple frequencies simultaneously or selectable individual frequencies:

• 4 kHz
• 10 kHz
• 15 kHz
• 20 kHz
• 40 kHz
• Multi-Frequency

This allows the detector to adapt to different targets and ground conditions, from general coin and relic hunting to searching for small gold nuggets in highly mineralized gold fields. Nokta Detectors

The Legend provides 4 dedicated search modes:

Park

Designed for general detecting in parks and similar locations where coins, jewelry and other metallic objects may be present.

Field

Designed for detecting in fields and open ground, including searches for coins and relics.

Beach

Designed for beach and saltwater environments. The Legend is engineered for stable and quiet operation on beaches and underwater.

Gold Field

Designed specifically for gold prospecting and detecting small gold nuggets in highly mineralized gold fields. Nokta Detectors

The Legend combines advanced target identification and discrimination functions to help the user evaluate detected targets.

The detector provides a Target ID range from 01–60, adjustable discrimination controls and Nokta’s FerroCheck feature for additional identification of ferrous targets.

Other target and audio adjustment functions include:

• Notch Filter
• Tone Volume
• Tone Break
• Tone Frequency
• Adjustable Threshold
• Up to 60 Audio Tones
• Frequency Shift
• Noise Cancellation
• Pinpoint function Nokta Detectors

The Legend is not limited to coins and general metal detecting.

Nokta specifically designed the detector with specifications suitable for gold prospectors searching for small gold nuggets in highly mineralized gold fields.

The combination of multi-frequency operation, the dedicated Gold Field mode, adjustable Ground Balance and the smaller LG15 coil supplied with the Pro Pack provides additional flexibility for gold prospecting. Nokta Detectors

The Legend has an IP68 rating and is completely submersible to a depth of 5 meters / 16 feet while also being protected against dust ingress.

This allows the detector to be used on land, beaches and underwater. Nokta Detectors

The Legend provides three Ground Balance options:

• Automatic
• Manual
• Tracking

This allows the detector to adapt to changing soil conditions, including mineralized ground.

A mineralization indicator is also available to provide additional information about ground conditions. Nokta Detectors

The Legend Pro Pack includes two waterproof DD search coils.

LG30 – 30 × 23 cm / 12" × 9"

The main search coil provides a versatile balance for general-purpose detecting across different search environments.

LG15 – 15 cm / 6"

The additional smaller waterproof DD search coil supplied with the Pro Pack is suitable when a smaller coil is preferable, including searches in areas containing many targets and for small targets.

Nokta also offers additional compatible coils separately, including LG24, LG28 and LG35. Nokta Detectors

The Legend supports Bluetooth aptX™ Low Latency wireless audio.

The Pro Pack includes compatible Bluetooth headphones and a soft carrying case, providing wireless audio during detecting. Nokta Detectors

The detector uses an internal 5050 mAh lithium-polymer battery and provides up to approximately 20 hours of operation depending on operating conditions.

It can be charged using a USB charger or power bank.

The Pro Pack additionally includes a waterproof replaceable spare battery and charger, providing additional operating time in the field. Nokta Detectors

The Legend weighs approximately 1.3 kg including the search coil.

Its adjustable length ranges from approximately 63 cm to 132 cm, allowing the detector to be adapted to different users and transportation requirements. Nokta Detectors
